Overcome!™ Clinic

Morgan is a certified clinical facilitator of the Overcome!™  Clinic, a trauma-informed yoga therapy program developed from the non-for-profit Overcome Anxiety Project. This clinic is designed for those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, PTSD, and other stress-based (dis)eases.

The clinic is both educational and experiential. Participants will learn the science of stress and the impact it has on the mind and body. They will learn about stress responses and learn stress-reduction and self-regulation techniques to manage and prevent stress activation. Participants will be provided with take-home activities to practice between sessions to allow them to try different techniques to learn what works for them in order to strengthen the outcome and benefits of the clinic. The Overcome!™ Clinic provides the opportunity of self-empowerment and for participants to take control of their own healing journey.

Morgan offers this program both individually and in a group setting (in person and online).  Each session is 1.5-2 hours and runs over 4 weeks (weekly sessions) or 8 weeks (bi-weekly sessions).
